Media Use Guidelines & Press Kit

Effective Date: August 12, 2025 These Media Use Guidelines apply to all branding, music, and promotional materials associated with Mighty Mood, Mighty Mood Music, and the Get Me album. The purpose of this page is to provide approved media assets and define permitted and prohibited uses for journalists, playlist curators, bloggers, influencers, and promotional partners.

Approved Media Assets

The following assets are available for promotional use when referencing Mighty Mood Music in editorial, journalistic, or playlist contexts:

• Official Mighty Mood and Mighty Mood Music logos.
• Approved album cover art for the Get Me album and its tracks:
  • Get Me Sleep
  • Get Me Calm
  • Get Me Focused Energy
  • Get Me Awake
  • Get Me Confident
  • Get Me Fit
  • Get Me Home
• Approved artist bio and brand description text.
• Short audio clips (up to 30 seconds) from official releases for review or preview purposes only.

Permitted Uses

You may use the approved assets above without additional written permission only for:

• Editorial news coverage, reviews, or interviews.
• Playlist inclusion on streaming platforms, with proper attribution.
• Promotional articles or blog posts about Mighty Mood Music.
• Event promotion if Mighty Mood Music is officially participating or performing.

Prohibited Uses

You may not, without express prior written consent from Eugene Altman:

• Alter, distort, or modify logos, artwork, or music clips.
• Use any asset in a way that implies endorsement of a product, service, political cause, or viewpoint.
• Monetize music clips, videos, or promotional materials without a signed license agreement.
• Upload or distribute full songs or extended excerpts outside of approved streaming platforms.
• Use Mighty Mood brand elements in NFTs, blockchain projects, or AI-generated works.

Requesting Additional Assets

If you require high-resolution files, extended audio, video clips, or other promotional materials beyond what is provided here:

1. Email your request to media@mightymoodmusic.com with details of your intended use.
2. We will review and respond with either approval, denial, or licensing terms.
