Licensing & Usage Policy

Effective Date: August 12, 2025 This Licensing & Usage Policy applies to all music, compositions, sound recordings, lyrics, branding, artwork, logos, videos, and related creative works released under the Mighty Mood and Mighty Mood Music brand, including but not limited to the Get Me album and all current and future tracks created, written, and produced by Eugene Altman under the artist name Mighty Mood.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the above works are the sole and exclusive property of Eugene Altman, the creator, songwriter, producer, and owner of the Mighty Mood brand. No rights are granted, implied, or transferred unless provided in a signed written license agreement.

Prohibited Uses Without Written Permission

You may not, without prior express written consent from Eugene Altman:

Reproduce, distribute, adapt, remix, sample, or modify any Mighty Mood Music works.
Use the music or brand in any commercial, promotional, or monetized content.
Use in synchronization with video, film, advertisements, podcasts, or games.
Publicly perform, broadcast, or stream the works outside of licensed platforms.
Upload or distribute the works on any digital platform under your own account.
Use the Mighty Mood or Mighty Mood Music name, logo, or likeness in a way that implies endorsement or association.

Permitted Uses With Written Permission

Uses that may be approved under a written license agreement include, but are not limited to:

Commercial advertising and marketing campaigns.
Film, television, and video game soundtracks.
Corporate or event presentations.
YouTube, podcast, or social media content monetization.
Non-commercial personal projects that comply with licensing terms.

All licensed uses must comply with the specific terms, limitations, and duration stated in the signed license agreement.

Licensing Process

To request a license:

Email legal@mightymoodmusic.com with details of your intended use, distribution platforms, and audience size.
We will review your request and respond with approval, denial, or a custom licensing proposal.
No use is authorized until a written agreement is signed by Eugene Altman.

Enforcement

Any unauthorized use of Mighty Mood Music works will be treated as copyright infringement and/or trademark violation and will result in legal action, including but not limited to:

Immediate removal of the infringing content.
Claims for statutory and actual damages.
Recovery of legal fees and court costs.
